To the men and women who serve it
The nurses who wake up bright and early every day
To the ones who truly earn it
We may not ever experience what they do
Through the troubling times we have all went through
To the frontline workers who have no selfish bones in their body
Let’s say thank you to the nurses of our world
Who make people's day better with just a smile
And whether it’s a smile or just a small joke
Nurses take the troublesome pain away
So, let’s say thanks to those nurses today and every other day.
